Former Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers tied the knots today with another former employee of the Merseyside giants at the Loch Lomond Golf Club in Scotland.
Rogers, who masterminded an unbeaten campaign in his first season with Celtic, married 34-year-old former Liverpool travel controller Charlotte today.
The pair got engaged in February when Rodgers went down on one knee in New York’s Times Square mid-way through a successful season in Scotland.
The 44-year-old took the helm at Celtic last summer and led the Scottish champions to a remarkable unbeaten domestic season in his first year in charge and the Hoops ended the season with a treble.
Celtic sent a congratulatory message to the pair after they were married, saying: “Many congratulations and best wishes to #CelticFC manager Brendan Rodgers and Charlotte who were married today at Loch Lomond!”
Rogers met Searle while working at Anfield. She was Liverpool’s travel coordinator when they first crossed paths back in 2013.
