A brace from Leicester City winger Ahmed Musa and another goal from Manchester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho ensured Nigeria defeated Togo 3-0 in Thursday’s international friendly in French capital, Paris.
Arsenal forward Alex Iwobi also impressed with two assists as the Super Eagles raced into a 3-0 lead on only 27 minutes.
Musa put Nigeria ahead on three minutes, tapping into the net after the goalkeeper spilled Iwobi’s cross.
The Leicester frontman then doubled his account 14 minutes later via another Iwobi assist as Nigeria started in confident mood with Iheanacho scoring in the 27th minute.
A future Arsenal team-mate of Iwobi, Henry Onyekuru, also featured in the game on Thursday.
