The 23-year-old Nigerian winger was a target for Leicester City in the January transfer window but the Foxes opted out of the bidding process after his club CSKA Moscow became obtuse on a £20million asking price.
Leicester had two bids rejected in January for the Super Eagles playmaker.
However, latest reports suggest soon to be crowned Barclays Premier League champions Leicester have revived their interest in the CSKA Moscow forward.
Ahmed Musa is fast, can play across the attacking set up and has scored 12 goals in 32 games this season for the Russian giants.
It is understood Leicester sent scouts to watch Musa against Lokomotiv Moscow earlier this month to keep track of his performances.
Musa could be seen playing for Claudio Ranieri’s side next season especially now that PFA player of the year Riyad Mahrez has been linked with big money move to PSG and Real Madrid.
