The Telegraph claims Arsenal have won the race to sign talented Chelsea’s attacking midfielder Domingos Quina.

Quina has recently starred for Portugal’s U17 side and Arsene Wenger’s side look likely to lure the protege from their London rivals.

The 16-year-old joined Chelsea’s academy from Benfica aged 13 but is yet to commit to a scholarship deal with the Blues and could be off in the summer.

Arsenal are deficient of midfield talents with several of their playmakers such as Santi Cazorla, Mathieu Flamini, Thomas Rosicky, Mikel Arteta all ageing and Jack Wilshere has enjoyed the treatment room more than the Gunners locker room in the past three seasons.
