German giants Borussia Monchengladbach say they are worried star man Granit Xhaka will leave for Arsenal this summer.

The Gunners have been scouting Switzerland midfielder Xhaka for months and are battling to sign him along with Chelsea.

And now Monchengladbach director Max Eberl says he’s worried the 23-year-old will move on at the end of the season.

‘I don’t know what will happen in the summer,’ he said.

‘There are always situations a club has to give consideration to. It depends on our sporting success, it depends on the performance of Granit.

It also depends on the numbers [the amount being offered by clubs], which can go into levels that make you dizzy.’

Xhaka is valued at £30.5million.
