Legendary Arsenal striker Thierry who netted 175 Premier League goals to rank the 4th highest goalscorer ever in England’s top tier football.
However, the French pundit has questioned Liverpool’s recruitment process which is conducted by owners Fenway Sports Group FSG microscopic committee.
Henry was bullish in his criticism of the American owners stating that they should hand the liberty of signing players to the manager, he even lambasted them sarcastically saying the FSG could have coached the team instead of employing Jurgen Klopp.
“I have no idea why a club should rely on a transfer committee,” Henry told The Sun.
“If you want to be successful, you have to let the manager make the decisions.
“If you are not willing to give responsibility to the manager, you might as well as this committee to train the team.”
