Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney became England’s highest goalscorer of all-time on Tuesday night after scoring his 50th goal against Switzerland in the Euro 2016 qualifiers.

Rooney’s goal takes him past United legend Bobby Charlton who has held the Three Lions record with 49 goals.
