Chelsea are looking to offload 24-year-old Nigerian striker Victor Moses this summer following the arrival of Pedro from Barcelona for £21.1million.
Moses, who has spent the past two seasons on loan at Liverpool and Stoke City, is in search of regular football as he pushes for a return to the Super Eagles national team.
It is understood he is set to switch west London for north, with Tottenham Hotspur ready to spend £5m on him.
Moses signed for Chelsea in a £9million deal in 2012. He scored four goals in an injury-plagued campaign with the Potters last season.
