Chelsea is the only club with the highest number of players on loan in Europe’s top five leagues this summer.
The Barclays Premier League champions have sent a total of 27 players out on variegated loan spells in different countries and league divisions.
Worthy of honorary mention is Nigeria’s 21-year-old energetic centre-back Kenneth Omeruo who spent the last two seasons on loan at Middlesbrough, has been sent out to Turkish club Kasimpasa this term.
